Water Damage to Wood

Wet wood sometimes will dry on it's own just fine - but if severe or if conditions still exist or if the environment does not allow for the moisture to leave, or water has gotten into areas you cannot dry, you could be left with more damage than you bargained for.  Wood in wet conditions too long can cup, crown, warp, weaken, swell, split, grow mold or fungus - and products can separate and break down - including plywood, masonite and pressboard.
