Fire/Water Loss in Manorville

In this particular Fire/Water loss, the home owners were just starting to hang Christmas decorations, when moments later suddenly malfunctioning holiday lighting started a fire outside of the house affecting also the internal wall in the master bedroom of the house. We also had to remove saturated carpeting damaged by the firefighters which put out the fire with water as well as a pad in the entire room, along with saturated drywall and insulation. The house had a heavy odor of smoke throughout which we deodorized with ‘Ozone generator machine’ which we use, after removing the source of the odor, we use the zone machine to oxidize remaining organic odors. After we completed our scope, the area was ready for remodeling.
